Anatolian Marble Idol with Eyes, Early Bronze Age II, 2700 to 2400 BC

Rare marble idol with incised eyes, arched eyebrows and two scrolls close to the mouth.

Kusura-type idol with a large disk-head on a long neck, the body with angular shoulders.

Old break on the neck, small flake out of the head and of the shoulder. Sintered surface, whitish and slightly weathered back side.
