Greek Apulian Guttus with Nereid on a Hippocamp, 350-300 BC

Apulian guttus showing a Nereid riding on a hippocamp – a prancing horse with a fish tail. The Nereid is holding an ovoid shield - together with her sisters she is carrying the arms of Achilles.

Intact, except for a chip out of the spout.
