Etruscan Impasto Ware Kyathos, 750-650 BC

Rare Etruscan miniature kyathos with a shallow bowl and tall vertical handle in the shape of a stylized animal head with pronounced horns.

The flat base with an impressed cross and dots.

Museum quality and condition. Two small chips out of the rim restored, a small infill at the base of the handle. Carefully smoothened nearly black surface. Minor wear at the edge of the base.
