Bronze Age Idol, Garla Mare Culture, ca. 1500 BC

Terracotta idol with stylized angular head showing notched sides, a chaplet-like hairdo and an impressed cross on top of the head.

The discoid body with a plain and hatched crossing band motive and spirals in the field. The border with a band of hatching.

At rear double semicircles meeting at an impressed point at center. Side sway lines and a single spiral on top.

Fragmentary, lower part lost. Pristine quality and condition.
