Etrusco-Corinthian Pointed Aryballos, 600-550 BC

Pointed aryballos decorated with red-brown bands and lines. Two bands below the shoulder interconnected with diagonal lines.

Small strokes on the outer part of the broad discoid rim. Tongue pattern on the shoulder. A strap handle from shoulder to rim with brown stripes. The base with a small cavity below.

Small chip out of the disk rim restored; outside rim and upper end of the strap handle chipped. Otherwise intact and of fine condition.
