horses, horse heads and rider once assembled to an archaic horse team.
Fragmentary horses on a flat base enhanced with applied white slip and
stripes on the body. Heads, tails and driver missing. Belonging to the
Polychrome Horse Team Group and dating to 650 BC. H. 6.9 cm (2.7 in), L. 9

Boeotian blackened figurine of a rider with outstretched short arms to hold
the horse’s mane. Remains of black glaze denote that the rider belongs to
the Group of the Glazed Rider dating to 600 BC. H. with stand 10.2 cm (4 in)
Finely modeled head of a horse with elaborate mane and a second rendered in
geometric fashion. Remains of applied color or stripes. Date 600-550 BC. H.
with stand 10 cm (4 in)
All fragmentary with remains of applied color or glaze. Interesting group.
