Red-figured Fish-Plate by the Robinson Painter, Campanian, 350-325 BC

Red-figured fish-plate by the Robinson Painter decorated with three breams.

Characteristic rendition of the eyes with a white border around the lower half. The parallel white lines of the pectoral fins raising diagonally from the bottom of the gills. The ventral fins running in the opposite direction.

A wave-pattern around the small overhanging rim. The central depression reserved.

D. 19.7 cm (7.75 in)

Intact. Fine quality and pristine preservation. Small shrinkage crack on the floor.
