Near Eastern Human Head Amulet, 2nd Millennium BC

Black stone head pendant with narrow elongated face showing a prominent nose, pronounced lips and beady eyes.

A hole for suspension on the top of the cap-shaped headdress.

Sinter deposits. Intact except for a modern perforation on the bottom of the neck, probably intended to display the head.
