Decorated with a woman standing in front of a chair and holding an
alabastron.
The lady is clad in a finely pleated chiton and a himation. The hair is tied
up with a fillet. The scene framed by fillets hanging on the wall.
The reserved shoulder with up-and-down palmettes. Above and on the ground
line egg pattern with dots.
Composition and style remind of the Bowdoin Painter. For related hairdo or
drapery cf. lots no. 831 and 832 in: Mary B. Moore. The Athenian Agora.

Intact, fine condition. Relief line of the face chipped. Peeled spot of the
glaze painted over.
