Anatolian Pottery Tripod Jug, Yortan Culture, ca. 2700-2500 BC

Large burnished vessel of globular body standing on three pointed feet.

The beaked spout slightly flared on top. A strap handle between spout and rounded shoulder, a small loop handle on front.

This kind of pottery is known from Troy.

Spout and handles reattached, otherwise intact and fine.
