Guanacaste-Nicoya Blackware Trophy Head, ca. 300 to 500 AD

Miniaturistic trophy head with nicely modeled facial features. Arched brows over large eyes, pointed snub nose, fleshy lips and elaborate ears.

The head is standing on a partially preserved ring base.

Reconstituted from fragments, else a nice example.
