Greek Statuette of a Deer, ex Cahn, late 8th Century BC

Full cast roe deer with elongated body, the curved neck slightly prone. Pointed tail.

The head small and pointed, horns and ears cut out in an X-shape. Thin legs with kinked hooves. Right hind leg broken off.
