All items are offered on a first come, first served basis at the prices shown or on application.

The authenticity of all items is guaranteed as catalogued.

Payments can conveniently be made to our bank account in Switzerland. Ostracon Ancient Art also accepts PayPal, personal checks or international money orders. Customers staying in Zurich may also use Visa or MasterCard.

Pricing does not include postage, insurance and packing. These will be charged at cost and billed to the buyer. Title remains with Ostracon Gallery until payment is made in full.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to comply with foreign customs, foreign exchange regulations etc. Ostracon Gallery declines all responsibility for any consequences arising from contravention of such regulations.

Returns of unaltered items are accepted within 10 days after receipt for a full refund. Only shipping fees will be deducted upon return.

The offer and all consequent sales are held under Swiss jurisdiction. The buyer recognizes by his participation the exclusive right of the courts of the canton of Zurich for all litigations. All parties recognize the exclusive choice of Swiss jurisdiction.
